Pangaea Announces New Managing Director

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jeff Martens to the position of Managing Director of the Pangaea Group effective October 1, 2024.

In this leadership role, Jeff will have oversight of all aspects of Pangaea and lead our organization into the future, building on Pangaea’s 30 years of service to Canadian pharmaceutical companies.

Jeff’s passion is to help clients, and the Pangaea team achieve their highest potential, which is in complete alignment with Pangaea’s vision of enabling people and companies to succeed in their endeavors. Moving to Chairman, I will engage in a new role, responsible for Special Projects and Partnerships, with a focus on the governance and strategic objectives of Pangaea. I will continue to coach and mentor Jeff as he leads our team.
