  • Identify your dominant leadership style and discover how to quickly adapt your style for incremental success.
  • Develop your brand and story and hear about the power of consistently living your brand.
  • Gain insight about the importance of shifting from functional to enterprise leadership.
  • Improve your skills in the “Art of Story Telling” and how to adapt your presentations for senior leaders.
  • Acquire a deeper understanding of the implications of recent changes to the Canadian pharma landscape, and the leadership skills to guide your organization through change.

Who should attend?

Any executive pharmaceutical/ Biotech leader reporting into the country president and newly appointed GM or Country Head.

Course Format

The course is designed in two steps:

Step 1: Facilitators will guide you through a process that will help you shape and complete your personal leadership brand and story.

Step 2: Executive knowledge and skills training which will be interactive and constructed to allow participants to integrate learnings into practice. Sessions are offered in a 2-day session balancing time to embed learning while easing impact of time out of office. Day one is followed with a complimentary networking hour at the ALT.
